Why Annual Backflow Testing Matters!

IMG_1565.jpg

We’re excited to launch a new educational section on our website that highlights the importance of annual backflow testing. Members can now submit photos of real‑world issues discovered during inspections—along with short descriptions explaining what was found and why it matters.

These real examples help our community see how yearly testing protects our drinking water, prevents contamination, and ensures backflow assemblies stay in safe working condition.

If you have a photo that shows a damaged assembly, a failed test component, or an issue that would have gone unnoticed without proper testing, we invite you to share it. Your submission can help others understand the vital role backflow prevention plays in safeguarding public health.

A submission link and guidelines are now available on the site. Thank you for helping strengthen awareness and keep our water safe.

This is a picture where the client did not want to add another device in a split unit, so he put the device at the water heater. Mess yes but effective. LOL
